IT Staff Augmentation and Permanent Recruiting Services

We also recruiting services, whether it is Harmonic providing consultants to your company on a staff augmentation or project basis, or whether we perform the recruiting function for your company (i.e. outsourced recruiting).

Harmonic’s primary staffing mode is contract based staff augmentation and project based staffing. Some clients choose to use our Harmonic Resumatch online candidate and job matching engine by putting their job search criteria in and searching through our available consultants themselves, while others choose to work with one of our dedicated Harmonic recruiters on an ongoing basis to establish that good working relationship via phone and email.

Our consultants in this area are based on the requirements provided and have varying skill sets, abilities, and backgrounds. We typically can provide 3-4 skilled, qualified, and available resumes at your price point within 4 hours of your search, and 24 hours in extreme cases.

For permanent placement staffing, our commission and fees are typically 25% of annual base salary, with half paid upon signed offer letter and the remaining half paid after the first 60 days of employment.
